It helps startups and other businesses execute creative projects, manage events, build digital solutions, and coordinate specialist services through one accountable contact. Some work is delivered directly. Specialist work is coordinated through freelancers, production professionals, developers, and vendors.

Each plan is a proposed package with a fixed monthly capacity: service hours, a number of standard creative deliverables, short-form edits from footage you supply, website or application maintenance hours, vendor follow-up or coordination, and the meetings named on the plan. Both the hour limit and the deliverable limit apply. Nothing unused rolls over.

Yes. Project-based work is quoted from the scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables. A project enquiry does not start the work. A written quotation has to be approved first.

Further work that month is outside the plan. It needs a written quotation and approval. Active retainer clients can receive 20% off eligible professional fees for that extra work. Unused hours and deliverables do not roll over.

No. The retainer includes short-form edits from footage you supply, up to the number on the plan. Original shoots, travel, rentals, crew, and larger productions are quoted separately.

Not by default. Maintenance hours cover small updates. A prototype is not a production system. A complete website or application is quoted as a project unless the written scope explicitly includes it. Hosting, security, testing, support, and licences affect the cost and the time.

No. Travel, rentals, venue fees, advertising spend, fabrication, software licences, and other pass-through costs are quoted separately. They are not automatically covered by the monthly fee or by the 20% professional-fee discount.

An active retainer client can receive 20% off eligible professional fees for separately approved extra work. A professional fee of ₹10,000 becomes ₹8,000. Taxes, travel, rentals, ads, fabrication, and other pass-through costs are not automatically discounted. Urgent work needs availability and written approval. There is no 24/7 or guaranteed emergency delivery.

Monthly plans are offered as a 12-month agreement. The term, fee, and scope are confirmed in writing before service starts. Fees are payable in advance. The plans are not month-to-month and they are not unlimited.
