The sequence is the same for a monthly partnership and for a project quotation. Nothing starts because a form was submitted.

Enquiry
Every project begins with a consultation, a clearly defined scope and your approval.

Discovery
We clarify the business, the deliverables, the timing, and what has to stay outside the scope.

Proposal
You receive a monthly plan recommendation or a project quotation. Prices on this site are proposed packages, not a validated market rate.

Approval
Work starts only after the 12-month agreement, or the project quotation, is approved in writing.

Execution
Direct delivery and named specialist partners carry out the approved scope.

Review
A review checks what was used. Unused retainer capacity does not roll over.

Rules that apply at every step

All plans are subject to a 12-month service agreement. The term is agreed in writing before service starts.
Monthly fees are payable in advance.
Service capacity and deliverables are limited to the agreed scope. A request must fit both the deliverable limits and the service-hour allowance.
Unused hours and unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.
Standard creative deliverables include two consolidated revision rounds. Further changes need written approval.
Additional work needs a written quotation and approval before it starts.
External and third-party costs are quoted separately.
Applicable taxes are shown in the final quotation. Published prices on this website are the monthly professional fees before tax.
