How an enquiry is handled.
This notice describes the enquiry form on this website. It does not claim a certification or a registration.
Who operates the site
INeVENT WORLD publishes this website to explain its services and to receive enquiries. A registered legal name, GSTIN, and street address are not shown here because they have not been configured. The contracting party is named in a written service agreement, not on this page.
Enquiry form
If you submit the contact form, it asks for:
- Full name, business email, and phone number with country code
- Company, if you choose to give it
- Service of interest and engagement type
- Estimated budget, if you choose to give it, and the project description
- Preferred contact method, and confirmation that you agree to this notice
- The page you started from, and the time the server receives the enquiry
The form does not upload files and it does not ask for payment details. A hidden field is included to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, the enquiry is rejected and not stored.
When an enquiry is stored
A successful enquiry is written to a SQLite file on the server, outside the public website files. The form shows success only after that row is stored. If the write fails, the form shows an error and does not confirm success.
Stored fields are the ones listed above, plus a status, internal notes, and a follow-up date that only someone signed in to the admin area can change. The site does not set an automatic deletion date. A record stays until someone with access to that database deletes it.
Email notification
A notification is emailed to ineventworld@gmail.com only when the server SMTP settings are complete. If they are not, the enquiry is still saved and the confirmation says that a notification email was not sent.
What is not collected
The website does not take payment and does not ask for or store payment card numbers. It does not include a live chat widget.
Rate limiting
The server keeps a short-lived count of enquiry and admin sign-in attempts in memory, using the IP address from the request, so a burst of submissions can be refused. That count is not written into the lead record. It is lost when the server process restarts, and it is not shared across more than one server.
Analytics
Analytics stays off unless NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_ID is set and you choose Allow on the notice. The choice is stored in this browser under iw-analytics-consent. Allowed events are consultation clicks, pricing page views, plan enquiry clicks, form submissions, and portfolio interactions. A Google Analytics tag is loaded only when the id matches a Google measurement id and consent has been given. The notice is not a certification.
Cookies
Public pages do not set an analytics cookie before consent. The admin sign-in sets an httpOnly cookie named iw_admin so a signed-in session can be recognised for 12 hours. That cookie is not set for ordinary visitors.
Social links
This website does not offer WhatsApp. LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube links appear only when those addresses are configured. There is no chat widget on the site.
Admin access
Lead records can be viewed by someone who has the server-side admin secret. The secret is not written into the public site. Notes added in the admin area are stored with the enquiry.
