What the terms mean
Standard creative deliverable
One agreed item such as a social graphic, a flyer or brochure set, a company-profile update, or a pitch-deck refresh. It is not a full brand system, an original video shoot, or a large publication unless a quotation says so. Two consolidated revision rounds are included.
Service hour
Time spent on planning, production, coordination, or maintenance inside the retainer. Reaching the deliverable limit or the hour allowance ends what the plan covers for that month. Hours are indicative capacity, not a promise of unlimited output.
Third-party cost
A charge from outside INeVENT WORLD, such as travel, a venue, equipment rental, printing, fabrication, a software licence, paid advertising, or another vendor invoice. These costs are quoted separately. The 20% retainer discount does not automatically apply to them.
Additional project
Work outside the monthly deliverable limits or capacity, or a major brief such as an original shoot, a large event, a full website or application, or fabrication. It needs a written quotation and approval. Eligible professional fees on that quotation are reduced by 20% for an active retainer client.
Commercial rules
- All plans are subject to a 12-month service agreement. The term is agreed in writing before service starts.
- Monthly fees are payable in advance.
- Service capacity and deliverables are limited to the agreed scope. A request must fit both the deliverable limits and the service-hour allowance.
- Unused hours and unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.
- Standard creative deliverables include two consolidated revision rounds. Further changes need written approval.
- Additional work needs a written quotation and approval before it starts.
- External and third-party costs are quoted separately.
- Applicable taxes are shown in the final quotation. Published prices on this website are the monthly professional fees before tax.
